Fitness and Group Exercise

Our world-class fitness center is here to accommodate your workout needs. We have state of the art cardio equipment including, stationary bikes, treadmills, elipticals, stairclimbers and more. Our weight room includes a free weight area, resistance machines along with an area and equipment for body weight work.

In addition to a variety of monthly classes that include yoga, spin, water aerobics, Tai Chi, Pilates Performer, and more, we offer programs such as strength and conditioning, personal training, nutrition counseling and aquatics. Also available to members is both an indoor walking track and a landscaped outdoor walking trail.
